Kingdom Leadership with Ps Luthando Tofu
Contrary to other leadership approaches, Kingdom Leadership is more restorative. It is characterized by reverting people back to God’s original intent. It does not prefer one gender over the other however promotes co-working of both genders.
God created humans as leaders by giving them a responsibility to work the ground and made them stewards over nature, therefor God’s leadership is not about a man having authority over another man.
Kingdom leadership is not hierarchical but an exemplary one. Most leadership approaches talk about empowerment, however, kingdom leadership is unlocking what God has already planted in a person’s heart.
