When God created human beings His purpose was for them to be healthy and blessed. The Bible contains principles that were established to help us live a healthy lifestyle.
God gave us a huge variety of healthy diets such as fruit, legumes, lentils, etc. so that we eat healthy and be energetic. He also created an opportunity for us to exercise when He put the man in the garden to work the ground.
It was not in God’s original plan for people to live a sickly life. The good news is that there is a way to restore back His original intent for our health. N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T is an acronym that is used to achieve this restoration. Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunlight, Temperance, Air, Rest, Trust in God. Consistency becomes critical when adopting this N.E.W.S.T.A.R.T program in order for one to see the desired results and experience God’s original plan for our health.
