What does it mean to seek God? “Solomon my son, know thou of thy father and serve Him with a perfect heart and a willing mind”. God says in His word that when we look for him wholeheartedly, he will be found. Seeking God means we must search for him

Seeking God though prayer.

“They shall ye call on me, and ye shall go and pray unto me” Jeremah

29:12. We seek God through prayer. Jesus taught us how to pray. When

we pray, we communicate with God. Prayer is not a performance or a

monologue, when we talk to him, he answers in different ways. He

promised us that when we pray, he will answer us. Seek you shall find.

Seeking God through His word

We SEEK God by spending time alone, by reading and meditate on the

Word. God has so much to say to us. Psalm 119:105 says; your Word is a

lamp for my feet and a light for my path. Someone said when we open the

bible we are in the presence of God, for all scriptures are God breathed.

Seeking God through fellowship.

“Not forsaking the assembling of us together, as is the manner of some is,

exhorting one another and so much the more, as ye see the day

approaching “When we have gathered in one accord in God’s name s

promised to be among us. We also seek God though fellowship. Let us

seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness’ gave us His only

Sonto die for us so that whoever believe in Him shall have life in

abundance.

In conclusion, seeking God is not an easy journey, it is not always Rosey

but is a journey worth to be travel. This commitment to seek God is the best

thing you ever make. Let us not give up on seeking God.
